All Ready-Made orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All custom orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Any delays after items have shipped are out of our control and should be handles directly with the courier.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available for orders within 15 miles of Zip Code 60193.
Deliveries are made via arranged times. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at meow@catscraftsandcooking.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to P.O Boxes as long as USPS is chosen at checkout. UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
